Questions we are asked before a move
How does the free survey work?
Before quoting, we need to know exactly what is moving. The survey is free and you choose the format that suits you: a surveyor can come and see the items in person, we can survey by video call, or you can send us pictures of the items to be moved.
How far ahead should I book?
Please book at least two weeks before your moving date. If your date is closer than two weeks, contact our team on +65 8710 7770 or at singapore@r7intl.com to discuss it.
Do you move between Singapore and Malaysia?
Yes. R7 has its own offices in both countries, Singapore on New Bridge Road and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, and every service runs in both. In Malaysia, our local moves run from the Klang Valley across Peninsular Malaysia, and we support shipments to and from Sabah and Sarawak. See R7 International in Malaysia for the Malaysian office.
What does a move from Singapore to Malaysia involve?

Do you move offices and businesses, not only homes?
Yes.
